工作內容:
1. Order management • Reviews customer orders on their completeness and accuracy. • Clarifies inconsistencies with sales team or customer. • Process order entry and monitor overall order status included stock availability, upcoming goods schedule, delivery status and provide feedback on installation completion status. • Arrange delivery and dispatch installation information to the relevant party.
2. Sales and customer requests • Respond to customer and sales requests for order status, product availability, backlog status, credit and billing issues, installation completion status, all related to sales process.
