1.Consumer learning/Market intelligence: •Perform necessary analysis regarding category trends, competition dynamics, brand consumption and relevant financial reporting on product sales and prepare reports on timely basis. •Utilize category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive marketing initiatives. 2.Brand Plan & Execution: •support the development of brand growth plans with clear growth objectives and building blocks to get alignment with cross function teams. •explore/identify business opportunities for LOC innovation vision board. Work with line manager and influence global/area MKT Collaborate with trade / expert marketing and sales team for well-rounded brand plan execution •Lead agencies to brainstorm and test innovative ideas and execute marketing campaigns based on brand growth plans. •Set brand activation calendar, coordinate cross-functional activities and planning processes, manage timelines, and ensure timely completion of all deliverables. •CCC cycle: work with TM/sales/SC to establish monthly forecast based on the latest brand plan 3.P&L management: Support to deliver for tasked P&L and well manage A&P. 4.Innovation: Support to to bring live the innovation. 5.Others: •Lead the internal & external meetings / reviews for designated brands •Perform other duties as necessary to support the objectives of division and company. •Strong digital marketing background is preferred.
