工作內容:
(1) Manage project schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools, such as clear reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software. (2) Projects monitor and manage to ensure they are meeting company standards, procedure, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines. (3) Closely collaboration and communication with all stakeholders & project team members at all times throughout project life cycle. (4) Perform risk management to minimize the project risks. (5) Escalate major issues or showstoppers to senior management throughout project life cycle. (6) Creates and maintains process workflow documents to support business needs. (7) Develop and Deliver Project Management Training. (8) To provide data and reports to the management
