Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of marketing and communications professionals to drive the execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies for IBG, GTS, and GFM business lines
Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, content creation, event and digital initiatives to support business growth and customer engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including branch operations and customer experience, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with the One Bank agenda
Spearhead the adoption and integration of Gen AI technologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing and communications efforts
RequirementsMinimum 8-10 years of experience in a marketing or communications leadership role, preferably in the banking or financial services industryProven track record of leading and managing performance marketing teams to deliver impactful initiativesExpertise in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across various channels, including seminar, event, digital, social media and traditional mediaStrong understanding of the financial services industry, market trends, and customer behaviorExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in leveraging data and analytics to measure and optimize marketing performanceAbility to drive innovation and the adoption of emerging technologies, such as Gen AI, to enhance marketing and communications capabilities
