This role is responsible for creating and executing tests, identifying issues, and ensuring clear communication within the team.
About Dimerco: Dimerco Express Group integrates air and ocean freight, trade compliance, and contract logistics services to make global supply chains more effective and efficient. The majority of Dimerco's global logistics projects connect Asia's logistics and manufacturing hubs with each other, as well as with North America and Europe. Dimerco started as an air freight forwarder in Taiwan in 1971 and now serves customers through 150+ Dimerco offices, 80 contract logistics operations, and over 200 strategic partner agents throughout China, India, Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe.
Responsibilities: 1. Simulate user needs and real-world usage scenarios from a user perspective. 2. Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and scenarios to effectively guide the testing process. 3. Conduct various types of testing, including black-box, white-box, integration, and performance testing, across Web, Android, and iOS platforms; generate comprehensive testing reports to communicate findings. 4. Design and implement automated API test cases to improve testing efficiency and reliability. 5. Monitor and analyze automated test coverage, identifying opportunities for improvement to boost overall test efficiency. 6. Utilize Jira for managing and tracking test cases, issues, and related tasks to ensure seamless team communication. 7. Share test-related information and insights with team members.
Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 2 years of QA experience in web applications. 2. Familiarity with Agile development practices, particularly within Scrum teams. 3. Proficiency in developing API test cases using C# is required. 4. Strong communication skills when working with programmers. 5. Basic English skills are required, with fluency in reading and writing being a plus. 6. Experience generating automated tests for mobile applications is a plus.
