偉凱實業股份有限公司成立於1976年(民國65年)，位於桃園縣。是一大型且專業化的拉鍊製造廠。主要經營項目為各式拉鍊及拉頭與拉鍊染色。
本公司草創之初是專營拉鍊染色的企業，然而經過多年的經驗、技術的精進以及各部門的發展，到今日已是一家擁有完整拉鍊生產線的專業拉鍊生產公司。各種拉鍊的前加工、後加工到染色皆從本廠製造，一貫專業化的生產流程更能確保產品的品質！

TWK operates high-speed machines and
high-quality POLYESTER YARNS to
knit the zipper tapes . Under strict quality-control ,
even the gross and untrimmed tape will be cleared away .
The monthly production quantity is 25,650,000 yards/120 sets (MACHINES) .
TWK owns 100 sets of filler cord shaping machines and 60 sets of non filler cord shapping machines. The teeth (spirals) of zippers are shaped by POLYESTER FILAMENT with high temperature. All of them must pass the specification and U shape tests. Their features include stability, smoothness, and durability.
TWK insist on sewing the zippers with POLYESTER on the both sides of zippers. All the defects must be cleared away,including the loose thread,different tape sewing thread(one thick/one thin), etc.. The monthly production quantity is 12,000,000 yards/150 sets (MACHINES)
With 23-year experience in dyeing ard using imported dyeing stuff,the auto-dyeing machines make the dyeing process more steady.With dilution by the computer, colors are dissolved precisely and mixed faster. Not only are the zippers
brighter, but they also increase dyeing quantity. The process involves 4 features: 1.Smooth zipper tapes,less gaps.
2.Bright and precise colors.
3.Stability reaches CNS standard level.
4.Efficient production.

and plating processes. Sliders are
various styles and have many
shades.
In order to reach high-quality mold Zipper , TWK import type 700 injection machines frim SWITZERLAND and DURACON plastic materials from JAPAN . The process involves 4 features :
1.Horizontal pulling at over 50 kgs.
2.Precise and straight teeth-making.
3.The color is bright and not easily faded.
4.Smooth zipper tape.
