Lead, organize and manage facility system like Clean room, Mechanical, electrical Controls and Hookup, improve system reliability and availability, plan expansion Projects, implement, train the operation team on the new facility systems. To lead system engineers and manage the facility systems and assist facility Operation team for a smooth trouble free operation, assist Maintenance team in upkeep of the facility systems, improve the system reliability and availability. To perform feasibilities studies on improvement in relation to cost saving, operational aspect improvement. Lead working team to prepare proposal, plan design, schedules and Budget for facility modifications / improvements for Management review and approval. Plan, manage and update approved programs & projects with support from facility System Engineers. Work with internal, external customers, consultant and government agency pertaining to improvement programs/projects where necessary. Ensure safety rules and regulations compliance when programs / projects are initiated with support from assigned Operation system engineers. Ensure proper documentation and training with support from assigned Central Engineering & Operation system engineers upon completion of programs and projects. To assist Facilities HOD in planning the budget and control/ manage the expenses including CAPEX within the approved budget. Manage Facilities Cost Reduction drive. Provide necessary support to Operation team in implement continuous improvement program, FMEA, QIT projects, ISO14001, BS8800, and QS9000 assigned activities. Act as Energy & GHG Manager (Rep for company) Any other specific tasks assign from time to time by department head.
Job Requirement:
Degree holder in Engineering field or equivalent. Preferably with Singapore Certify Energy Manager Certification (SCEM). 2 years in similar capacity and working experience in the Semiconductor environment. Dynamic and resourceful person with good analytical, organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills.
