工作內容:
To manage and lead an equipment engineering and sustaining group to meet Module goals by optimizing equipment available time, cost and quality.
Principal Accountabilities
Ensure the wellbeing of the equipment section in terms of morals, KPIs, and long term success Set expectations to employees on understanding and compliance to MRB, TECN, 8D, specification requirements Regular assessment on risk management with action items identified Set expectation on effective use of SPC, FMEA, and other Quality Management System to detect issues timely and with improvement action items identified Continuous improvement program in place to prevent quality, line yield and sort yield excursions Project monitoring system in place to keep track of project status and progress vs fab performance requirements Set targets, goals and projects for the section to minimize wafer scrap, defect, rework, and improve process capability to meet operational needs Forecast and budget on equipment upkeep cost and any other related expenditures. Drive improvement activities to reduce equipment upkeep costs Develop system or procedure to ensure first time success in PM, effective troubleshooting that result in low MTTR and spare cost Work closely with Process and Mfg Section Managers to address equipment constraint issues, OEE. Optimize metrology sampling to meet quality standard and Mfg requirements Establish/monitor vendor performance metrics to drive quality and cost improvements. Develop and good working relationship with vendors To provide support and adequate resources to ensure compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements, and participate in improving and maintaining the EHS management system. Insure good practice of housekeeping on tools, equipment, and materials Setup a spare part inventory system that can forecast usage. Insure employees are disciplined in housekeeping and maintaining the system Set performance expectation for employees and have regular review to keep track of performance. Clearly define responsibility and develop empowerment in the group. Jointly work with employees to develop their career path Ensure that employees have the required training, knowledge, and competence in performing the tasks Develop performance reporting structures so that the employees can document their project in Knowledge database for sharing and training for future Engineers/AEs
Education
· Degree or Master’s in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering
Experience
5 – 8 years working experience in Electrical / Electronics industry
Familiar with Semiconductor Furnace Equipment
Other Essential Attributes
● Good team player and has strong leadership qualities
Job Requirement: Degree holder in Engineering field or equivalent. Preferably with Singapore Certify Energy Manager Certification (SCEM). 2 years in similar capacity and working experience in the Semiconductor environment. Dynamic and resourceful person with good analytical, organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills.
