工作內容:
• In charge of the overall retail sales and people management including area supervisors, store managers, sales targets, retail operations in Taiwan • To manage and motivate team, ensure to achieve sales target • Manage store stock level and make sure sell-out target achievement • Analysis sales figures and forecasting future sales; sales trends projection and facilitate planning • frontline colleagues management; conduct annual appraisal and performance review. Offer staff training and field coaching • Ensuring standard for quality customer service • To maintain awareness of market trends in retail industry, understand forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring the status of local competitors. • Fully aware brand consumer profile and bring frontline information to MKT team • build up relationship with department store manager
• 6 years or above sales & retail operation experience in cosmetics / selective retail brands• Excellent communication skills, strong team work spirit and people management skills.• Effective and strong leadership and the ability to motivate frontline colleagues• Being able to be multi -tasking and work under pressure, clearly prioritze workloads• Enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented, analysis ability and sensitive with figure.• strong negotiate ability with department store
