工作內容:
Position Purpose: ■To increase company sales by generating specific activities for retailers through leveraging global brand positioning. ■Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives. ■Ensure E-Commerce activities are well managed and coordinated across all relevant functions. ■Support in E-Commerce administration areas in stock, logistic and customer service.
Trade Marketing ■New product launch forecasts and execution. ■Manage all aspects of retail/VIC event planning, meet strict deadlines, and stay within budget. ■Mall exposure arrangement such as store mailer, DM Ads, banner, campaign, and outpost. ■Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management. ■Implement media and promotion plans and ensure implementation of trade marketing plan. ■Provide periodic reports to manager. ■Manage and maintain CRM database & VIP program.
E-Commerce ■Assist in maintaining platform operations, product reporting and listing, and product sales statistics and data analysis. ■Plan EC's annual sales and product promotion activities, coordinate with the EC's theme activities, and conduct subsequent benefit analysis. ■Familiar with EC platform (SHOPLINE backstage, MOMO, Line gift) related contact matters, event reporting, in-store banner listing, etc. ■Develop new channels, KOL group purchases or cross-industry cooperation. ■Product order control and supply chain communication ■Customer service and after service
