工作內容：
1. Oversee and manage in-house production schedules and output to ensure timely delivery. 2. Execute production goals and achieve all key performance indicators (KPIs). 3. Monitor and analyze production processes, identify abnormalities, and implement effective solutions. 4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth workflow and resolve operational issues. Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and documentation.5. Strong execution and implementation skills
Qualifications:
1. Preferably with experience in SMT/PCA production processes. 2. Proficient in English communication (TOEIC 550 or above); Spanish proficiency is a plus. 3. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work under pressure and willing to work overtime when required.
