工作內容：
As a Product Solution Manager specializing in Medical Applications, you will be the bridge between clinical needs and technical execution. You are expected to operate independently to identify market opportunities, design tailored solutions for complex medical scenarios, and lead the business development of Tier-1 medical device manufacturers and large-scale healthcare accounts.
Key responsibilities :
1. Strategic Solution Design: Analyze medical industry trends and clinical pain points to propose end-to-end solutions . Translate complex medical requirements into technical specifications for R&D teams.
2. Key Account Development: Identify and penetrate Tier-1 medical device manufacturers (OEM/ODM) and large healthcare organizations.
3. Independent Project Ownership: Take full ownership of the product lifecycle for medical projects, including feasibility studies, customized design-in processes, and cross-functional resource orchestration .
4. Consultative Technical Selling: Act as a subject matter expert in client meetings, delivering high-impact technical presentations and demonstrations that highlight the value of our medical computing/AI solutions.
1. Medical Domain Expertise: At least 5+ years of experience in the Medical Device industry, Medical IPC, or Healthcare IT sector, with a deep understanding of medical imaging, diagnostic equipment, or surgical systems.2. Strategic Business Development: Proven track record of developing and managing large-scale/global accounts 3. Strong verbal and written English proficiency, with the ability to manage complex ODM projects and Tier-1 Key Accounts effectively
