Affluent Card Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute the leading-brand marketing campaigns specifically targeting fee card acquisition and engagement. This includes creating compelling marketing messaging and promotional materials that leverage DBS brand synergies.Oversee the overall portfolio performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing strategies to optimize profitability and customer lifetime value.
Affluent Card Product Development & Management: Contribute to the full product development lifecycle of affluent credit cards, collaborating with engineering, marketing, sales, legal, compliance, and service provider. Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of high-quality affluent card products. Manage product roadmap and prioritize features.Oversee the overall portfolio performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing strategies to optimize profitability and customer lifetime value.
Affluent Customer Experience & Loyalty: Design and execute engagement campaigns/features targeting affluent customer behaviors, such as concierge services, travel rewards, exclusive offer and privileges. Stay updated on market trends and competitive offerings, providing proactive solution to clients for loyalty oriented.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) specifically related to affluent card performance, including acquisition costs, customer lifetime value, and branding awareness. Identify areas for improvement and maximize profitability. Conduct portfolio review to ensure client needs met to identify opportunity for cross-selling ad up-selling.
Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and internal policies related to affluent credit cards, mitigating risk throughout the product lifecycle.
