工作內容:
• Develop and execute product strategy and marketing plan and be responsible for its related deployment and implementation to deliver set targets • Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities and threats and initiate & promote appropriate strategies and plan • Coordinate with T&M, internal departments (branches & operations) and external product providers to ensure smooth and quality execution of marketing programs • Support to all distribution channels in terms of product promotions, operation process, and customer communication • Manage the product process cross department to ensure process is streamlined with cost efficiency and in line with operation procedure • Consult with LCS, RMG, and all relevant department to ensure the new product launches and marketing programs are with full compliance of external regulation and internal requirements • Provide the necessary product training to sales team and promote the product strategy
• Bachelor degree • At least 3 years working experience in banking industry, with good understanding of Investment Products, preferably Treasury products• Advanced degree like MBA, CFA, CFP, etc is a plus• Possess leadership abilities as well as team working skills• Strong project management and communication/ presentation skills• Flexible, creative in approach and independent at adapting to changes and new situations • Strong analytical skills and strategic planning skills• Knowledge of Investment products, specifically in Treasury products• Up to date knowledge of the financial market and regulations
