工作內容: As DBS continues to expand its digital ecosystem, Digital Risk Governance Team plays a key role in ensuring that innovation and compliance move in sync. We translate complex regulatory and security frameworks into practical governance, enabling mobile and internet banking to deliver trusted, compliant, and customer-centric experiences.
Role Purpose: Be the bridge between innovation and regulation. You’ll interpret Government Regulations and DBS Group Digital Security Guidelines, then turn them into actionable governance frameworks that enable compliant innovation. Key Responsibilities: •Research and interpret regulatory and digital governance requirements. •Assess existing digital channel services for compliance gaps and improvement areas. •Translate frameworks into practical, implementable standards. •Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Cyber Security and Technology teams on policy alignment and build scalable, compliant, and customer-centric solutions •Provide regulatory insights and strategic recommendations to management.
Requirements:• Strong understanding of digital security and governance.• Ability to simplify complex governance concepts into practical solutions.• Strategic thinker with excellent cross-functional communication.• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
