工作內容:
T&D SMO is responsible for researching and designing frontline sales targets and execution strategies. It also manages and assists supervisors in effectively operating branches and achieving their objectives. The scope of work includes: •Sales target design and calculation. •Design of various key performance indicators (KPIs). •Strategic planning for all branches and wealth management across Taiwan. All these activities are conducted in adherence to the regulations and strategic directions set by the company, the group, and external regulatory authorities. Therefore, SMO plays a very crucial role within the organization."
Job Purpose : This position exists to provide strategic counsel and data-driven insights to sales management, enabling the formulation and execution of new strategies that enhance sales performance, optimize productivity, and achieve overarching business objectives.
Key Accountabilities: 1.Strategic Business Analysis & Performance Management: Drive strategic initiatives and perform advanced business analysis to optimize sales performance, extend wealth business, and identify new growth opportunities.
2.Strategic Planning & Development: Collaborate with sales and branch management to develop and implement new strategies and actionable plans that enhance sales productivity, achieve business focus, and deepen customer relationships.
3.Branch Network Optimization & Profitability: Analyze branch footprint and profitability data, communicating insights to stakeholders to propose and execute strategies for network optimization.
4.Strategic Incentive Program Design: Conceptualize, design, and oversee the execution of innovative sales reward and recognition programs that foster a high-performance culture and strategically motivate top performers.
5.Regulatory & Compliance Strategy: Ensure full compliance with both internal and external regulatory requirements, integrating compliance considerations into strategic planning and execution.
Job Duties & responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sales Performance & Productivity Management: Lead the development and implementation of strategic frameworks for goal setting, KPI definition, and sales headcount management. Conduct in-depth performance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for strategic intervention. Manage and coordinate all strategic projects, process improvements, customer journey enhancements (CJE), and compliance/control initiatives related to sales productivity.
2. Sales Incentive & Recognition Strategy: Design and develop innovative sales incentive and recognition programs aligned with strategic business goals. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of tactical campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
3. Strategic Sales Communication: Develop and implement strategic communication plans to effectively disseminate key initiatives, performance insights, and new strategies across the sales organization.
