工作內容:
1. Conduct the analytics for capacity management (work-in hrs, productivity, FTE, etc) 執行產能管理分析(工作時數、生產力、全職員工數等) 2. Conduct the analytics of Strategic Cost Management matching with saves of strategic initiatives 執行策略成本管理分析,並與策略性措施的節省相符 3. Provide headcount, OT analysis, and Org-chart for Ops and details of changes 提供營運部門的人力配置、加班分析和組織圖,以及變動細節 4. Provide financial expense and accruals to Ops teams 為營運團隊提供財務費用和應計款項 5. Conduct MIS reports of digital landscapes and transactions 執行數位環境和交易的 MIS 報告 6. Creativity to plan staff engagement activities 規劃員工參與活動的創造力 7. Coordinate and consolidate presentation decks for strategic purpose 協調和整合用於策略目的的簡報資料 8. Collaborate with Regional stakeholders 與新加坡利害關係人合作
1. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.2. Strong teamwork skills, excellent communication skills, and self-challenge ability.3. Detail-oriented, quality-focused, organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.4. Able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.5. Proficiency in video editing is a plus.6. Expect to have a "can-do" attitude in every aspect.
