工作內容:
1.Monitor the entire Front Office team, including Bell service, Concierge and Guest Service sections. 2.Handle guest issues, including room conditions, finance issues, other rooms related cases 3.Plan teams' staff development and evaluations. 4.Ensure all guests receive prompt and personal recognition. 5.Be responsible for Front Office Manager to handle hotel financial report, budget control, upselling performance and Hysat scores. 6.Be on behalf of Front Office Manager to handle issues while Front Office Manager is away or off.
1.At least 5-year experience in similar position in the hotel industry or preferably managerial experience.2.Strong people manning management and leadership skills.3.Be able to work under pressure, extended working hours and rotating shifts.4.Proficient in English and Mandarin speaking/writing is a must.5.Having worked in an overseas hotel environment of similar scale to the Grand Hyatt will be a plus
