工作內容:
1.Assist departmental training, not limited to new associates, but all the team with refreshment. 2.Heavy in waiting line and group guest handling. 3.Major departure hour, waiting line control, and due-out key collection. 4.Concierge mini order and all department properties check. 5.Concierge billing posting and cross-check. 6.Group order and details update, and preparing for operation, and teamwork works well. 7.Carrying luggage for the guests as they come to or leave the hotel. 8.Attend the main entrance door and welcome/farewell guests, arrange and manage transfers. 9.Help guests with directions and perform as the first and last impression for them.
***Ability to communicate in English, Japanese, or Korean is a plus.
