Job Description: To be a key independent PM to drive online digital transaction for the digital users of DBS.
Key Accountabilities 1.Revenue Growth: Drive digital transaction revenue through innovative product features, strategic initiatives, and user-centric solutions. 2.Product Strategy and Planning: Develop product strategies and roadmaps for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. 3.Project Management: Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and high-quality product development and updates. 4.User Experience: Continuously analyze and optimize user experience to ensure usability and high engagement. 5.Market Analysis and Competitive Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitors, providing forward-looking market analysis reports. 6.Stakeholder Communication: Effectively manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and timely feedback.
Job Duties & Responsibilities: 1.Analyze user needs and feedback, translating them into actionable product features and improvements. 2.Oversee product development progress, manage resource allocation, and mitigate risks. 3.Research market trends and emerging technologies, applying innovations to product development. 4.Develop and execute product launch plans, including marketing promotions and market expansion strategies. 5.Foster strong collaboration with departments such as technology, design, marketing, and business. 6.Enhance user experience on digital platforms, ensuring the product meets user needs and delivers continuous value. 7.Track and analyze product data, evaluating performance and proposing improvements.
RequirementsEducation and Relevant Experience:1. University graduate with major in business Administration, Marketing, Finance or business related disciplines.2. A minimum of 5 years of solid online platform & customer engagement experience.3. Knowledge of Wealth Management products and segment management is a must.Functional / Technical Competencies:1. Good communication skill; fluent in Mandarin & English written & verbally.2. Self-motivated, innovative, work independently.3. PC knowledge in Microsoft Office & Outlook.4. Knowledge of rules and regulations for banking-related products and services.
