工作內容:
1.Formulate, complete and execute account plans for identified clients in the assigned portfolio with the senior bankers to increase share of wallet size. 2.Develop Institutional Banking Group- Jumbo team (Corporate & Investment Banking) activities which include exploring new products/clients in line with the Bank's objectives 3.Evaluate the credit-worthiness of customers and recommends appropriate proposal taking into account the Bank's objectives, customer's requirement and overall market conditions and industry trends 4.Ensure timely submission of RFP (Request for proposal), pitches, meeting deal execution timelines, preparation for credit memos and supervision reports 5.Prepare financial models with P&L, B/S & cash-flow projections based on sound business and market assumptions 6.Proactive monitoring and management of accounts, being alert to credit deterioration or improvement, and taking timely action including elevation to senior bankers and credit 7.Conceptualize and undertake corporate finance analysis, including capital structure analysis, valuation analysis using DCF and comparables 8.Handle loan & security documentation negotiations 9.Liaise with Corporate Banking various department (such as Credit & Credit Control, T&M, Operations and other Product Groups) to achieve a smooth workflow in the processing of customer's request 10.Handle loan & security documentation negotiations 11.Liaise with Corporate Banking various department (such as Credit & Credit Control, T&M, Operations and other Product Groups) to achieve a smooth workflow in the processing of customer's request 12.Maintain good rapport with customers so as to achieve "know your customers" objectives which includes understanding their business needs and financial conditions 13.Support client expansion initiative with calling and pitching effort on the assigned companies in an identified geography or industry segment 14.Formulate, complete and execute account plans/interim credit memos for identified clients in the assigned portfolio with the senior bankers to increase share of wallet size
1. Strong commitment to corporate banking with dedicated attitude and team work spirit2. Marketing-oriented and proactive attitude toward client relationship 3. An independent Relationship Manager with logical thinking process, strong marketing skill & credit sense 4. Written & verbal proficiency in English is a must5.Experience in corporate lending, corporate finance and investment banking would be an advantage 6. Strong credit and financial analytical skills, 1-3 years working experience in major foreign and/or local banks preferred
