We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets. This role requires a strong B2B sense of identifying business opportunities, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, collaborating with other teams to identify and develop business opportunities, and ensuring the team consistently achieving sales target and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth within the assigned team. This includes setting individual and team targets, monitoring progress against targets, and identifying opportunities to increase sales conversion rates.Identify and develop new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building Lead, motivate and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve peak performance. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative team environment. Oversee and track all aspects of the sales team's activities, including outbound calls, lead follow-up, arranging client events and trade show sales activities Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and best practices in sales and marketing
Qualifications:2 years proven track record of success in a sales leadership role, demonstrating a consistent ability to exceed sales targets.Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills5 years experiences in B2B business development and client events planning & executionAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in business administration Marketing, or related field preferred.Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.Basic English proficiency
