工作內容：
1.Work with AME / MFG team to complete a project in a certain timeframe. 2.Design and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and achieve company goals. 3.Leading and managing production teams, recruitment, training and performance evaluation. 4.Analyze and improve production processes, increase productivity and reduce costs. 5.Ensure that products comply with quality standards and relevant regulatory requirements. 6.Manage manufacturing budget, including cost control and resource allocation. 7.Ensure that the production process complies with safety regulations and standards. 8.Cross-department collaboration: BU, RD, supply chain and sales departments to ensure that production is consistent with the company's overall goals. 9.Implement policy management and achieve manufacturing KPIs. 10.Manage manufacturing inventory and loss and scrap management to achieve company goals 11.Production equipment management, introduction of automation, equipment maintenance management, new product introduction projects 12.Cross-functional teams to address specific aspects of manufacturing, ensuring collaboration and synergy across different functions. 13.Establish effective communication channels to facilitate information flow and coordination in AME/Server business. 14.NPI / Shipment meeting and update the actions. 15.MFG 7 wastes (slow moving / block inventory) Scrap management and Improvement plan.
1. Bachelor's degree plus.2. Good English oral and written communication skills.3. Experience in AME manufacturing and standard operating procedures.4. Family to AME machinery and follow safety protocols5. Willing to work hard with dedication and able to work under pressure.6. Candidate must be willing to dig into the numbers, take leadership on cross-functional teams and ownership of processes.7. Minimum of 5 years of related AME experience8. Preferred experience in co-working with BU, MFG, MPE,TE, SCM and PM on MFG solution study/define, cross-function related issues9. Cross function communication skills with different teams.10. Strong ownership mindset11. Team work personality is essential and required.
