This involves negotiating favorable terms, ensuring service level adherence, and fostering strong partnerships that contribute directly to cost efficiency and enhanced product delivery.
Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for credit card products, aligning with market trends, customer needs, and business goals. This includes robust product driver analysis, meticulous expense control, and strategic financial management to ensure optimal product performance and profitability on a continuous basis.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Drive the continuous improvement of credit card products by meticulously tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs). This involves deep dives into acquisition costs, customer lifetime value, and partner satisfaction, leveraging data-driven insights to identify impactful areas for enhancement and maximize overall product profitability.
Risk & Compliance: Champion a culture of unwavering adherence to all relevant regulatory frameworks and internal policies pertaining to credit cards. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the entire product lifecycle, safeguarding the bank's interests and maintaining its reputation for integrity.
