工作內容:
1. Support the Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping team overseeing daily departmental operations, ensuring full compliance with Shangri-La Taipei standards, policies, and service excellence. 2. Lead, train, and develop housekeeping team members to elevate service quality, operational efficiency, and professional competencies. 3. Maintain and continuously update the Guest History database, ensuring accuracy, organization, and effective utilization for personalized guest service. 4. Deliver exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs, responding promptly to requests, and consistently exceeding expectations to achieve the highest level of Customer Delight. 5. Oversee inventory management and procurement planning for housekeeping supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and uninterrupted operations. 6. Resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner, implementing effective solutions to ensure satisfaction and service recovery. 7. Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless hotel operations and a consistent guest experience. 8. Demonstrate strong communication skills with fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
