• Site Reliability Engineering utilizing technologies such as RedHat, Windows, JBOSS, SpringBoot, MQ, AMQ, NGINX and more. • Project management and enhancement including user request & service ticket data integration and dashboard development. • Work with the wider Business users and Tech team for key initiatives • Research in new technologies, automation management, and IT Marketplace. • Hardening for All systems environment. • Linux/Windows/Middleware security maintain handle (patches). • Willing to support Day to Day for changes. • Application Tools maintenance and management. • Ensure all tasks align with bank's policy. • System EOS/Re-platform support. • System platform Architecture design (Linux/Windows/Middleware). • NVA fix and solution. • Support Application Project. • Automation script design for CI/CD. • NGINX setup and maintenance. • System capacity and monitoring management.
• 具備電腦、資訊工程或相關工程科系之學士以上學位。• 至少5年以上 IT／軟體系統營運支援經驗，熟悉企業級應用系統，並具備推動團隊合作與協作文化的良好紀錄。• 熟悉 Site Reliability Engineering（網站可靠性工程）原則，具備在正式環境中執行系統效能、穩定性、監控、警示與維護的經驗。• 具備主動進行產線環境容量監控與可觀測性（Observability）的能力，熟悉自動化警示、效能監控與報表工具。-----------------------------------------【Requirement】• Bachelor or higher degree in Computing / Computer Science / Engineering.• Minimum 5 years experience in IT/software production support for one or more enterprise applications, with a track record of promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.• Experience of Site Reliability Engineering principles with regards to performance, reliability, monitoring, alerting and maintenance in a Production environment. Pro-active Capacity monitoring & Observability of production Infrastructure, automated alerting, performance monitoring and reporting tools.
