1.Lead day-to-day operations and administration for both DC and eDC, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and productivity 2.Drive and manage cross-functional projects with effective communication and resource alignment, delivering results on time and within scope 3.Continuously identify and implement process/system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness 4.Build and develop a high-performance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management• Proven track record of leading teams and managing operations in a dynamic environment• Fluent in English, able to work effectively with international teams and vendors• Strong project management experience • Background in e-commerce or automated warehouse operations is highly desirable
