The Credit Card Portfolio Rewards Specialist will play a vital role in developing and managing the rewards program for our credit card portfolio, ensuring an engaging and valuable experience for our cardholders. This role demands strong project management skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Reward Journey Management: Enhance and optimize the reward redemption journey for cardholders, focusing on seamless processes and user-friendly experiences.
Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including reward vendors, merchants, and internal stakeholders. Negotiate favorable terms and ensure smooth collaboration for program execution.
Reward Program Design: Develop innovative and competitive reward programs aligned with credit card product features and customer segmentation. Analyze market trends and customer preferences to create compelling reward offerings.
Reward Channel Management: Oversee and manage various reward redemption channels, including online platforms, mobile apps, and offline touchpoints, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all channels.
Onsite Redemption Management: Manage on-site redemption events and activities, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive brand experience.
Reward cost Management: Monitor and control the impact of overall reward cost and actively manage cost per point with action.
RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in project management. Partner handling experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in Mandarin and English. Knowledge of the Taiwan credit card market is preferred.
