Job Responsibilities
● Lead the end-to-end development of the digital insurance platform ● Define product vision, roadmap, and requirements for new digital insurance offerings ● Collaborate with local and regional teams to ensure successful system design, development, and delivery ● Coordinate with external insurance partners for API integration and policy issuance handling ● Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations throughout the product lifecycle ● Monitor product performance post-launch and identify enhancement opportunities Act as a key liaison between business, tech, and insurance partners to align priorities and resolve issues
Job Requirements:● Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field● 3+ years of experience in product management, working experience within insurance, fintech, or digital platforms● Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills● Experience working with cross-border or regional tech teams is a strong plus● Familiarity with API integration and digital insurance sales flows preferred● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across teams● Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
