工作內容:
- Develop and manage the product roadmap for assigned product lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive the successful delivery of new product features and enhancements
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement
- Communicate product plans, progress, and performance metrics to stakeholders, including senior management
- Participate in the product pricing and positioning strategy, ensuring the products remain competitive and profitable
- Oversee the product launch process, including the development of go-to-market plans and supporting materials
- Continuously monitor and optimize product performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance the customer experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products, from ideation to implementation- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously- Passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset
