Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Product Development & Launch: Lead the end-to-end planning, development, and successful launch of comprehensive and innovative financing solutions specifically tailored for high-net-worth clients, ensuring a competitive edge for DBS. Consumer Banking Transformation: Drive the strategic development and impactful launch of projects focused on optimizing and expanding DBS's deposit and secured loan offerings within the Consumer Banking segment. Market Insight & Opportunity Identification: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, evolving customer needs, and the competitive landscape to proactively identify strategic opportunities for project planning, execution, and product differentiation. Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Effectively engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, to present compelling project development plans, provide insightful updates, and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives. New Systems & Process Establishment: Spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of new systems and processes that enhance efficiency, scalability, and the overall effectiveness of our product delivery and client servicing capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field - Minimum 2 years of experience in product or project management, with a focus on deposit or secured loan products - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams - Familiarity with the banking industry and regulatory environment - Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques
