Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities:
1. Support Voice related project delivery and daily operation 2. Ensure the Voice infrastructure align with DBS policy and regulator requirement. 3. Maintains Voice system performance and availability 4. Secures Voice system by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation 5. Upgrades Voice by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements 6. Vendor management
1. Deep understanding of voice and recording technologies (CISCO and NICE)2. Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, subnetting, routing protocols), network security principles (firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention), and network monitoring tools.3. System administration skills: Experience with installing, configuring, and maintaining Cisco voice systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. This might include experience with scripting languages for automation tasks.4. Security expertise: Experience with securing voice systems, implementing access controls, and monitoring for vulnerabilities.5. Experience with vendor management: A proven track record of managing relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
