【Responsibilities】
•Develop and implement strategic audit plans to support the effectiveness and performance of the Group Audit function •Analyze market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks for the organization •Collaborate with external audit units or cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives and ensure effective execution •Provide audit project updates, expert advice and recommendations to senior management, chairman and the Board directors. •Monitor and report on the performance or administrative work of the Group Audit function, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous optimization •Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and frameworks to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Group Audit function •Support audits and reviews of the bank's business operations, processes, and controls within the bank to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
【Requirements】• Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic business planning, with a proven track record of success in the financial services industry or experience in auditing, risk management, or a related field, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaborative initiatives• Proficient in the use of data analysis and visualization tools to support strategic decision-making• Ability to work independently and under pressure, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
