•Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across BUSUs via SEM, paid social display, affiliates, video, programmatic, ownership of bank wide SEO, GEO, etc.
•Drive and monitor measurable marketing outcomes through data-driven digital channels by leveraging performance benchmarks, attribution models, and digital funnel performance.
•Own and optimise the bank’s marketing technology platforms and tools, including public website and Livemore site through social listening tools and processes and signal management.
•Aggressivelyup the ante on the use of social media and content marketing, including WOM, influencers, etc., to increase customer consideration, including Line, FB, IG, YT, LI, etc. to ensure our brand visibility.
•Partner with Singapore Team for DDOM (data-driven operation model) projects, leveraging marketing automation and AI/ML, including AB testing, advanced segmentation, targeting and real-time analytics.
Requirements• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a branding, marketing, or communications role, preferably in the financial services industry• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner• Proficient in using various marketing and design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma, etc.• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest branding and marketing trends and best practices
