Responsibilities
1. Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions 2. Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to provide stakeholders with actionable information 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions 4. Perform ad-hoc analyses and generate reports to address specific business inquiries 5. Continuously improve data quality, processes, and tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data-driven decision-making 6. Provide recommendations and insights to help the organization make informed, data-driven decisions
1. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science or a related discipline2. Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights4. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data-driven recommendations to stakeholders5. Familiarity with risk control or audit processes will be an advantage6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing business requirements
