-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions -Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with other teams within the bank to deliver comprehensive financial services -Analyze client data, market trends, and industry dynamics to recommend strategic initiatives that drive business growth -Participate in the deal origination process, including proposal preparation, negotiation, and transaction execution -Provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless client experience -Contribute to the development and implementation of the team's business plan and growth strategies
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or a similar role-Strong understanding of the financial services industry and the ability to identify and address client needs-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills-Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different departments-Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service
