- Lead the identification, cultivation, and stewardship of strategic partnerships with external organizations to advance the Foundation's mission. - Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive volunteer program, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies. - Develop and execute targeted communication plans to showcase the impact of partnerships and volunteer initiatives, driving awareness and engagement. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling content and campaigns that highlight collaborative successes and opportunities. - Represent the Foundation at key events to build relationships, promote partnership opportunities, and recruit volunteers. - Measure and optimize the effectiveness of partnership and volunteer programs to ensure maximum impact and continuous improvement.
-Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in partnership development, volunteer management, community engagement, or strategic communications within the non-profit sector.-Proven track record in building and nurturing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including corporate partners, community groups, and volunteers.-Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives, proposals, and content that engage partners and volunteers.-Demonstrated experience in program development and management, specifically in designing, implementing, and optimizing volunteer or partnership initiatives.-Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple initiatives and events simultaneously.-Passion for social impact and a deep commitment to the mission and values of the DBS Foundation.
