工作內容:
1. Monitor and track Banca KPIs across branches, segments, and sales teams 2. Conduct scenario analysis and develop data-driven insights to support decision-making 3. Analyze performance trends to identify growth levers and improvement areas 4. Support management in defining business priorities, product mix, and partnership strategies 5. Support management in formulating Banca growth roadmaps and resource allocation strategies 6. Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders, including business units, control functions, and senior management, to align goals and execution
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Bancassurance, Business Planning, preferably in the banking or insurance services industry2. Strong plus if with financial/Budget planning knowledge and skills3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills4. Strategic and analytical thinking
