工作內容:
We are hiring a Human Resources Manager! As an HR Manager, we rely on you to: •Act as a strategic business partner, developing and implementing HR strategies to support the hotel in achieving its goals. •Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Human Resources Department, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, performance management, and employee engagement. •Involve in all business decision and provide guidance and support to leadership team •Creates an environment of free communications and drives colleagues’ engagement; •Proactively identify potential employee relations issues and address them in a timely and professional manner. •Demonstrate strong leadership competencies and uphold company values.
We are looking for someone with: •Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; •Excellent organizing and strategic planning skills •Well-versed with the local market and local labor laws and extensive experience in industrial relations; •2 yrs experience in a similar role, international hotel group preferred; •Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
