Business Function: Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Overview: This cross-functional role combines construction project management, change management, and interior design coordination. The manager leads projects from architectural planning through construction and interior design execution while managing the human and process changes to optimize project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee full lifecycle of construction projects integrating interior design elements, ensuring alignment with client vision, functionality, and aesthetic standards. - Manage change management processes including impact assessments, stakeholder communications, training, and adoption support relevant to construction and interior design scope adjustments. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, interior designers, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless integration of design intent with build processes. - Oversee procurement and resource management for both construction materials and interior finishes, tracking budgets and schedules. - Coordinate interior design milestones (schematic design, design development, procurement, installation) alongside construction phases. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports. - Facilitate communication and alignment among project teams and stakeholders to manage expectations and promote buy-in for design and construction changes. - Lead training and support initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of changes affecting operational or spatial configurations post-completion. - Identify risks and resolve conflicts arising from construction or design complexities and change impacts. - Measure and report on key project and change performance indicators, ensuring quality delivery and benefits realization. - Cultivate innovative, adaptable project culture emphasizing collaboration across construction, design, and change disciplines.

Qualifications: - Degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields. - Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Prince2) and Change Management preferred. - Proven experience managing construction projects with significant interior design scope and leading organizational change initiatives.
