【工作內容 Job Description】 1. Develop and maintain MIS reports, management dashboards, and performance scorecards to support business monitoring and strategic decision-making. 建立及維護管理資訊報表（MIS）、營運儀表板及績效指標報告，協助業務監控與管理決策
2. Support business planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and performance analysis. 協助部門業務規劃作業，包含預算編列、財務預估、費用控管及營運績效分析
3. Analyze operational and business data to generate actionable insights through data visualization and reporting tools. 運用數據分析及視覺化工具，分析營運及業務資料，提供具體且可執行之商業洞察與建議
4. Design and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and reporting effectiveness. 參與流程自動化工具開發與導入，提升作業效率、生產力及報表產出品質
5. Support digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives to enhance business processes and operational effectiveness. 協助推動數位轉型及 AI 應用專案，優化業務流程並提升整體營運效能
6. Partner with internal stakeholders across Business, Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, and regional teams to deliver strategic initiatives and projects. 與業務、營運、資訊科技、財務、風險管理及區域團隊密切合作，推動策略性專案及重要業務計畫
7. Prepare management reports, business review presentations, and project updates for senior management meetings. 製作管理報表、業務檢討簡報及專案進度報告，供高階主管審閱與決策參考
8. Support project implementation activities, including requirement gathering, UAT coordination, documentation, and post-implementation reviews. 協助專案導入與執行，包含需求訪談與彙整、使用者驗收測試（UAT）協調、文件撰寫及上線後成效檢視
9. Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards using reporting and analytics tools to support business performance management. 運用數據分析及視覺化工具建置與維護管理儀表板，強化營運績效追蹤與管理效率
10. Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization, digitization, and innovation to support operational excellence. 持續發掘流程優化、數位化及創新機會，協助提升營運效能與作業品質
- Experience in MIS reporting, business planning, performance management, data analytics, or project management is preferred.- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, VBA, or other analytics and automation tools is preferred.- Knowledge of digital transformation, process automation, AI applications, Generative AI, or Machine Learning is an advantage.- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
