Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top-quality candidates for the organization Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to identify and engage with qualified candidates Maintain a strong pipeline of diverse and qualified candidates to support the organization's growth and talent needs Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Continuously monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition best practices and policies Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a financial services or professional services environment Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process
