工作內容:
This is a product manager position with key objective to support in development and execution of strategic agendas, projects, and new initiatives to support Deposits & Secured lending business growth.
Key Accountabilities: ‧ Product / program launch & management, including to support new initiatives, projects, and system enhancement delivery ‧ Facilitate collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders to streamline end-to-end process for better customer experience and service turnaround time. ‧ Responsible for customer engagement, communication, campaigns, performance monitoring to ensure a sustainable business momentum.
Job Duties & responsibilities: ‧ Product / program launch & management: Develop and execute new initiative / program to deliver strategic priorities and support Deposits & Secured lending business growth. Provide the frontline timely product / program launch and training. ‧ System & journey improvement: Support for systems and process enhancements that improve the overall efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of product delivery and client servicing capabilities. ‧ Market insight & opportunity identification: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, evolving customer needs, and the competitive landscape to proactively identify opportunities for product / program planning and delivery. ‧ Stakeholder engagement & influence: Engage effectively with key stakeholders, including constant review, proposing actions, working closely to streamline the end-to-end process for better customer experience. ‧ Reporting & customer handling: Responsible for business performance tracking, regulatory reporting, portfolio management, and customer feedback handling. ‧ Customer engagement and communication: Deepen customer relationship and work with Marketing, Legal & Compliance for communications development and ensure that particular risks inherent in certain products are fully and clearly explained and all closures comply with regulatory requirement and internal policy.
1. University or college graduated. 2. More than 3 years working experience in banking or financial industry is preferred.3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.5. Familiarity with the banking industry and regulatory environment.
