Business Function Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.
Responsibilities •Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Cash & Trade product portfolio within the Transaction Banking business •Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to address their cash management and trade finance requirements •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and relationship management, to deliver seamless client experiences •Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and client relationships •Contribute to the development and enhancement of product offerings to stay competitive and meet evolving client needs •Provide training and support to relationship managers and other stakeholders to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities
Requirements •Experienced in a sales or product specialist role within the banking or financial services industry •Strong understanding of cash management and trade finance products and solutions •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders •Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions •Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to cross-functional initiatives •Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
