工作內容：
Role overview: We are seeking a big data analyst with 8+ years of experience to solve data issues and manage the CI/CD process. In this role, you will be a high-level individual contributor responsible for architecting scalable pipelines and solving complex data challenges within a high regulated environment. The ideal candidate is a master of Python, Pyspark, SQL and etc.
Responsibilities: -Manage applications as major support on IBG, CBG and Data systems -Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to stakeholders and other team members -Deliver projects, design and propose solutions for the development of new functionalities, enhancement and maintenance of the Data services used within the business line -Work with global/local stakeholders and partners to keep everything from people -Diagnose and resolve deep-seated data issues, reconciliation gaps. -Interpretation of large and complex data sets to uncover insights and trends that can inform decision-making -Analyze business requirements, document processes, and develop specifications -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of solutions -Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to the data and services -Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability -Conduct MIS reports of digital landscapes and transactions
Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field-Minimum 8 years of experience as a Big Data Analyst or in a similar role-Expertise in managing and analyzing large, complex data sets using a variety oftools and techniques, including Python, SQL, R, Tableau.-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complexbusiness requirements-Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping,data modeling, and requirements gathering-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate withstakeholders at all levels-Familiarity with financial services industry and banking operations is preferred-Ability to work independently and as part of a team-Expert in JIRA and Tableau is a plus
