Manage and enhance projects, including integrating user request and service ticket data into dashboards for improved visibility and reporting 3. Collaborate with business users and the wider technology team to support key initiatives and drive continuous improvement 4. Research and stay up-to-date with new technologies, automation management, and the IT marketplace to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation 5. Harden systems and processes to ensure robust and secure operations
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of site reliability engineering and middleware technologies2. Proficient in project management, data integration, and dashboard development3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders4. Demonstrated experience in researching and implementing new technologies, automation, and IT best practices5.
