工作內容：
We are looking for an experienced R&D Manager to lead the development of mid-to-high wattage(90W-1KW) power supply products(PD、NB、LEO、 PoE and more) This role will drive new product development, guide the engineering team, and collaborate closely with Tier-1 customers.
【Key Responsibilities】 1.Product Development Leadership -Lead new product development for mid/high-wattage power supplies. -Evaluate architecture, define technical solutions, conduct risk assessment. 2.R&D Team & Project Management -Manage engineering team execution and ensure project milestones and quality. -Oversee project planning, specification creation, and technical documentation. 3.Circuit Design & Technical Review -Review schematics, power topologies (PFC, LLC, AC/DC, DC/DC). -Make key design decisions and ensure technical feasibility. 4.Safety & Reliability Validation -Understand international safety standards. -Plan and review validation testing, reliability analysis, and improvement actions. 5.Cost Control & Technical Problem-Solving -Lead root-cause analysis for design or production issues. -Optimize BOM cost and approve component selection. 6.Sample Build & Engineering Verification 7.Customer Communication
-Able to communicate in English for technical discussions.-Strong understanding of Tier-1 power system customer requirements.-Prior R&D team leadership experience is a strong plus.
