工作內容：
This role is more than project management — it is a gateway to product management.
You will be involved in the full EGM product development cycle, working closely with R&D and Product Managers, gaining hands-on experience and building the foundation to grow into a product role.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage project schedules, resources, and risk control 2. Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, sales) 3. Ensure successful delivery from development to mass production 4. Track progress and resolve issues proactively 5. Support Product Managers on customer and product initiatives
5–8 years of experience in project or product managementFamiliar with x86 architecture and product development processesIPC or consumer electronics experience; motherboard background preferredStrong project management and communication skillsDetail-oriented and execution-focusedExperience in NPI projectsFamiliar with project management toolsStrong interest in transitioning to product management
