Treasury & Markets (T&M) provides total solutions to serve DBS clients' hedging and investment needs with a regional emphasis. [Responsibilities]
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including asset managers, insurance companies, and corporate treasuries, to understand their investment needs and objectives 2. Provide market insights, trade ideas, and investment recommendations to clients, helping them navigate the fixed income markets 3. Collaborate with the trading desk to execute client transactions and ensure timely and efficient order execution 4. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth and market share 5. Contribute to the team's efforts in generating new business opportunities and expanding the client base 6. Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients
[Requirements]1. 5 years of experience in fixed income sales or a related field2. Strong understanding of fixed income products, including government bonds, corporate bonds, and structured products3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information to clients4. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships5. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departmentsProficient in using financial analysis tools and market data platforms
