工作內容:
1. Market Strategy Planning: Research the Indian functional materials market trends, competitors, and regulations to develop a practical entry strategy.
2. New Customer Development: Develop local OEMs, brand owners, and distributors in India, establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships.
3. Project Management and Technical Integration: Coordinate internal R&D and production departments to provide customized solutions based on customer needs and track implementation progress.
4. Channel Management: Establish and manage the local distribution system in India to ensure increased brand awareness and market share.

This position requires a 3-month training period in Tainan/Kaohsiung, followed by market development in India.
Requirements 1. Moderate communication skills in Chinese. 2. With business marketing concepts. 3. With chemical engineering background are preferred. 4. Estimate training 3~6 months in Kaohsiung/Tainan. After finish training, candidate will back India executive business plan (Work from home)
